Hi, I’m Karen

Wife and mom to two teenagers, and one Labrador retriever.

I create live paintings of heartfelt moments, rooted in connection and created with care and intention. As one of South Africa’s first live wedding painters and a versatile guest-portrait artist, I’m also the person with a paintbrush who will probably cry a little inside when the vows happen. Quietly. Professionally.

With degrees in Fine Art and Tertiary Education, I bring together artistic skill and a thoughtful, well-guided approach, so that the experience feels as seamless as the final piece is beautiful.
